MMM WA Pty Ltd and Kier Contracting Pty Ltd are civil construction contractors operating across metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia. Both companies identified local government contracts as a key growth opportunity — however, the local government tender process is highly competitive, documentation-intensive, and demands strict adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards that can be difficult for contractors to navigate without specialist support.
